Two 40 GbE IPs are now added and connected to RING_0 and RING_1

Use mm_bus as core MM bus and mm_latency_adapter and mm_slave_enable per slave port. Separate p_verify from p_stimuli to support rd at every cycle.

Added mm_slave_enable.vhd to interface unconnected slave or to force waitrequest = '0' for slave that does not need flow control.
