Excluded libs are not compiled but are mapped to work to avoid compile error when mentioned in the LIBRARY clause.

Ported tc_mmf_wpfb_unit.py and tc_mmf_wpfb_unit_functional.py to RadioHDL because of used data file paths.

SVN copied tb_mmf_wpfb_unit.vhd and used modelsim_copy_files to copy the data files to the build directory.

Added g_incr to common_lfsr_nxt_seq() to support any integer increment for the counter sequence data.

Corrected timing of valid in_dat and ref_dat_arr in p_diff_arr and p_diff_detect. Explained difference between g_use_steps is TRUE and FALSE regarding the calculation of ref_dat.

Added g_use_steps to support COUNTER sequence data with c_diag_seq_rx_reg_nof_steps=4 allowed increment step sizes. Did not verify it yet. Default g_use_steps=FALSE still simulates OK.
