Updated mms_diag_tx/rx_seq.vhd with replicate/unreplicate seq in data. Verified OK with tb_mms_diag_seq.

Ported tb_tb_tb_dp_backpressure.vhd from /home/kooistra/svnroot/UniBoard_FP7/UniBoard/trunk to /home/kooistra/svnroot/UniBoard_FP7/RadioHDL/trunk.

Added REPLICATE_DP_DATA() and UNREPLICATE_DP_DATA() that are used by mms_diag_tx_seq.vhd and mms_diag_rx_seq.vhd.
