This project name will primarily come in handy when we turn our
attention to packaging using either internal repositories or
pypi

These lofar_git tests use different test methodologies to serve as a
guide for developers new to unittests in Python.

This uses pbr for setup.py which automatically extracts features
and entrypoints out of setup.cfg otherwise you would have to type
this by hand.

Some fields of setup.cfg still need changing the have been
commented out in the meantime.
