SDC-1590 Count dataproducts

• dataproducts are counted based on what is in 'outputs.ingest' and stored in a task.nr_of_dps
• the same is done for the activity (SAS_ID level) and stored in activity.nr_of_dps

values are available through the REST API, the activity,nr_of_dps can be used by the ingest service to write that value to the LTA
