Original FIR coeff script from LOFAR1 found by Andre Gunst. The pfs_coeff_final.m creates Coefficient_16KKaiser.dat, but these do differ slightly from git/hdl/libraries/dsp/filter/src/hex/Coeffs16384Kaiser-quant.dat that are used in LOFAR1.

Corrected c_len in TO_SREAL(). Added TO_SREAL with resolution_w for fixed point slv conversion to real.

Fixed: keep angle in SIN(), COS() within 2pi to avoid: Error: XLOCAL <= 0.0 after reduction in COS(X).

Move tb_wpfb_unit_dev_wg to tb_verify_pfb_wg in seperate verify_pfb_lib, to try both Apertif wpfb and Lofar1 pfb2 without creating mutual lib dependencies between wpfb_lib and pfb2_lib.

Added g_stage_dat_w to pft2 and pfb2, added g_switch_en to pfb2. Verified g_switch_en and g_stage_dat_w tin tb_tb_pft2.vhd (result OK). Added g_pfs_bypass in pfb2.
