Renamed gx_reconfig into gxb_reconfig_v91 (used in tech_transceiver_component_pkg.vhd by tr_nonbonded).
Renamed gxb_reconfig into gxb_reconfig_v101 (used in tech_tse_component_pkg.vhd by tse_sgmii_gx).

Renamed *_generic into *32b_generic.vhd.. Only need to provide the ip_stratixiv_gxb_reconfig.vhd with generics.

Rename ip_stratixiv_hssi into ip_stratixiv.

The tech_transceiver_gx_stratixiv.vhd is instantiated in tech_transceiver_gx.vhd when g_technology=c_tech_stratixiv.
The tech_transceiver_gx.vhd is the technology independent component for the user.
