Changed gapsize and blocks_per_sync, changed u_dp_fifo_sc to keep channels and set tx_offload to use the right signals for usr_sync and usr_bsn

Added entity: dp_bsn_monitor and changed ctrl_unb1_board accordingly. Changed compaan to use blocksize and blocks_per_sync

 or non-transposed BF output data.
