TMSS-379 Use correct default station group settings for UC1. Determine station list for subtask with updated station specifications using group and list.

TMSS-379: Stations are now specifiable as one of an explicit group, with individual defaults for minimum nr of stations per group

TMSS-379: Station specifications start focussing on groups & max missing. Fixed station lists are a custom group with 0 missing.
