TMSS-379 Use correct default station group settings for UC1. Determine station list for subtask with updated station specifications using group and list.

TMSS-379: Stations are now specifiable as one of an explicit group, with individual defaults for minimum nr of stations per group

The timeout of 30 is to short. The underlying cause is not fully known
yet. But for some reason on both tmss-ua and scu the timeout of 30
causes the system to restart all the time.

In the near future TMSS on the User Acceptance environment should run
against a persistent database. For this we need to freeze our
initial migration step.

TMSS-379: Station specifications start focussing on groups & max missing. Fixed station lists are a custom group with 0 missing.

Status of scheduling unit blue prints updated

TMSS-000: do not cycle test data through state, because the finished state sets the start time to now

TMSS-316 Review myself, update the remakemigrations.py script which have to be in sync with the 0002_populate.py

TMSS-368: JSONEditor updated to work with external referenced schema for custom properties like pointing.
Scheduling Unit edit page updated.

TMSS-368: Added definitions for external reference to keep custom fields intact and hiding $Schema field in editor

Moved viewflow from tmssapp to the new workflowapp
