Cloned the basic pyrap converters and used them.

Bug 1000: Introduced a TestTask that makes it easier to test the behaviour of a GCFTask. See headerfile for usage.

Moved Protocol numbers to MACIO/Protocodefs.h

Made a ControllerProtMenu that allows you to send CONTROL events to a simple TCPport. Works without the ChildController task.

Bug 1617: We don't need a configure test for __cxa_demangle(). Every GNU C++ compiler supports it, so we can simply test for the __GNUG__ preprocessor variable.

Bug 1619: PythonInstall now defines PYTHON_BUILD_DIR, so it should be included early. Furthermore, PYTHON_BUILD_DIR and PYTHON_INSTALL_DIR must be FORCEd into the cache.

the LBLinputs of the RCU's are used. 
They are switched off when the inouts are not used anymore.

Moved RCUmask_t from LofarConstants to a new file StationDataTypes.cc in LCS/ApplCommon.
Also defined mask-types for subbands, beamlets and antenna's.

NamedPipeStream is now bidirectional, so that readers and writer threads
from the same process do not interfere with each other.  ION_Processing
and CN_Processing can now communicate (again) when running on the same
system.

Fixed short reads for non-UDP input.

Specified that PowerPC inline assembly clobbers condition code register.

Locate wc instead of test because on OS-X test is in /bin, not /usr/bin

Bug 1310: I was overzealous, removing the libraries in pyparameterset and pyparmdb. They are needed by dependent packages, to link their version-info executables.

Bug 1569: Fixed problem with basename() in tFileLocator.cc. Don't know why I overlooked that. Must have worked on my development machine.

basename whose output is not POSIX compliant. Hence, the programmer must
explicitly indicate which version he wants to use by employing a `using'
statement. Also note that we don't declare LOFAR::basename() if the `basename'
macro is available (defined in <libgen.h>).
