Bug 1000: Defined RSP_BUSY as status value for RSP messages. In the future this value will be used during 
the initialisation- and clockset-stage to notify the user that the RSPDriver cannot yet respond to the request.

Fixed JobCancel, which was broken in previous commit

Print a more detailed warning message if a job has to be postponed due to
some resource conflict.

Catch Stream::EndOfStreamException, in case the correlator receives
data from file.
