TMSS-207: rename WorkRelationSelectionTemplate to TaskRelationSelectionTemplate; make successors/predecessors work for task draft

- Renamed task_connectors to task_connector
- Required authentication to view swagger documentation.
- Swagger documentation shows only endpoints the current user has access to
- Renamed *_pk -> id (for consistency).

Implemented Django and Functional test

TMSS-178: renamed tests so theei names express the API_under_test: *_functional -> *_REST_API, and *_django -> *_django_API

TMSS-142: factored out the test_data creation methods into seperate modules for better reusability. Adapted existing tests

TMSS-139: fixed t_tmssapp_specification_django.py. TODO: rest API testing should be moved out of this test module.

TMSS-139: used TMSSTestDjangoServerWithPostgresInstance and plain old unittest framework to setup/teardown a fresh tests database and django server for each module/class/function-test. Fixed a number of tests. sharing code with team for furter fixing via git.
