SW-448: merge back from https://svn.astron.nl/LOFAR/branches/SW-448-robinhood-bugfix. Use normal du for now instead of robinhood-du. Easy switch back to rbh-du in october possible. Made queries and scans faster.

SW-448: keep copy of current cache_timestamp update estimated path_cache_result in cache, and (re)set the cache_timestamp to the old one, so it will be picked up for a later real du scan

SW-448: update cache entries from bottem to top in dir tree. do fast summation first, and slow du later.

SW-426: merge back from https://svn.astron.nl/LOFAR/branches/SW-426-RT-bugfix. fixed t_schedulers.py tests. Used common testing class for radb tests on a real test-postres-radb instead of faked ones. Solved some more minor bugs in schedulers.

SW-448: added method to do a normal du when robinhood du does not work. For now, let's only use normal du, and switch back on rbh-du when lustre has been updated. Furthermore, added some minor locking/speed improvements.

This is actually not a test but rather a small tool that allows to spot
inconsistencies in the OTB DB.  For instance will illegal time-stamps cause an
exception to be thrown which in turn will abort the program.  Served me well
when I debugged ROHD-1079.

SW-426: use common radb test class. Adapted t_schedulers to use real test-radb-intances instead of a fake/stubbed/mocked radb reimplementation. The t_schedulers tests are actually integration tests and depend heavily on correct radb behaviour.

SW-426: fixes for the new tests in t_radb.py. Main changes: a claim cannot have zero duration anymore. a task which goes to conflict releases its claimed claims

SW-426: while investigating the RT bug as reported in SW-426 we found multiple issues with claims/tasks and their conflict/approved status. Made multiple tests to address the issue. This commit just proves the issues, a next commit contains the solutions.

SW-378: merge QA_Common and QA_Service from https://svn.astron.nl/LOFAR/branches/LOFAR-Release-3_1-QA (which came from https://svn.astron.nl/LOFAR/branches/adder-Task10079) into to https://svn.astron.nl/LOFAR/branches/LOFAR-Release-3_1. Now the release can build/deploy the QA_Service on scu001, which relies on the docker images adder and adder_clustering on cep4. These docker images contain the compiled code from https://svn.astron.nl/LOFAR/branches/adder-Task10079 and e-science; these parts of the code will be reviewed and merged into trunk later.
