Task #514: Removed #ifdef USE_VANILLA_LOG4CPLUS which was necessary in the transitional phase from log4cplus 1.0.2-3 (our patched version) to the vanilla log4cplus 1.0.4. It now only caused trouble, because USE_VANILLA_LOG4CPLUS was never defined.
