Python unittesting for the pipelines:
1. Restructuring of test path
2. Python unittest runner with xml output and recursive fire and forget search of tests
3. cmake and ctest integration.
4. A first new style unittest for imager_create_dbs resulting in:
  5. A bare bones fixture. implementing minimal environment parts in a controlled (test muck) manner.
