Task #9048: Added Docker package. Generate Dockerfiles from templates to build this branch and revision in the Docker image

to a version from before Oct this year when it still worked.

Task #9058 Its possible to have this functionality when remembering the order of the replacement keys. Not a very elegant solution but it should work.

First look for nosetests2, if not available nosetests
to ensure first finding the Python 2 version.

Also moved ppstune.py to ppstune/ module directory.
