TMSS-1554: replace all references to python modules in some src dir by the proper lofar pythonpath. This uses python scripts and processes as it was done in TBB-Task8589. This is still a sub-optimal solution, but we first want to get TBB running with TMSS as is.

Changes should be backward compatible. LOFAR won't build against newest casacore yet, also because of casarest not compiling against latest casacore.
