Task #10347: Changed location of bad_antenna_list text file in all config_hardware.conf to a location is that is readable in both local and ILT mode.

- swlevel 2 switch now has a timeout of 180 s
- kill_rspctl() times out after 10 s

to a version from before Oct this year when it still worked.

First look for nosetests2, if not available nosetests
to ensure first finding the Python 2 version.

Also moved ppstune.py to ppstune/ module directory.
 

In case of startTBB.sh it was given only a string, which was treated
as a list of characters, leading to a rather funny looking log line with
lots of spaces. This should be solved now.

Task #8629: Replaced all occurrences of 'install(PROGRAM ...)' with 'lofar_add_(s)bin_script(...)', except where DESTINATION was not (s)bin, or where extra options are passed to the install-command.

Task #8389: changed prepare-for-tuning, no driver restart anymore but always a clock switch and killing rspctl prpcesses
