Task #7593: autogen creates the protocol files now in the namespace XXX_Protocol. Modified the sources to look in these namespaces.

Task #7491: Use correct comparison for longbaseline. Add some comment in the target pipeline test. Why choices were made

- fix iovec init problem introduced in prev recvmmsg patch.
  Implies small revert of some args and test changes.
  It also pushes de-exposes struct iovec again, which is good.
- unrelated, irrel TBB Writer micro-patch (sorry)

Changes are for APERTIF (and to fix COBALT...).

Task #7573: Provide mock QPID classes in C++ to prevent a compile-time dependency on QPID. Note that the Python framework exposes lofar.messagebus.msgbus.enabled instead, but has no non-QPID fallback functionality

Task #7543: Fixed Cobalt block-size calculations for sub-second integation times, and improved comments

- rework recvmmsg() wrapper, so we can reuse it for APERTIF. Main purpose is to allow verification of incoming datagram sizes in real-time mode from recvmmsg().
- fix small bug wrt input statistics in non-real-time mode
- fix small bug wrt setReadBufferSize() (unused): THROW_SYSCALL() instead of perror()
- minor simplification / clean ups, e.g. merge/unify packet size check into validatePacket()

Disadvantage of the patch is that struct iovec is no longer contained in our recvmmsg() wrapper.
All tests pass on cbt009.

Task #7519: Put LOGGER_ENTER_THREAD and LOGGER_EXIT_THREAD into a struct, and use it in Cobalt to do proper C++ RAII. Reason is to also use it in APERTIF. Trivial; compile tested.

Taskk #7336: Also switch cbm009/cbm010 between versions in production, just in case they will be used
