L2SS-983: Deployment through environments and ansible

Automate deployment using gitlab environments and ansible. The process is documented in several READMEs. The progress needs to be manually triggered and this trigger is available once a tagged version hits the master branch. Only a select amount of developers are allowed to see the protected variables involved and trigger these jobs.
