SDC-1552 datamodel changes and its consequences in functionality

  • migration file to migrate the existing tasks (backward compatibility)
  • updated functionality to ensure that service_filter gets set in both task and activity for new tasks
  • added service_filter to tasks page and details page
  • made sorting possible on service_filter
