Configuration changes with new data structure (including relevant changes for the controllers and query functionality)

Note: doing queries on apertif datasets result in a "cannot translate parameter 'collection'" while it is in the translation parameters; have to investigate this. These results are now thus not shown

@kliffen I seem to get another key error that I cannot fix myself; can you have a short look? (at QueryResultsTable.js:113)

@vermaas Unrelated to this MR but now with working queries, I wanted to test the speed of it. It is pretty fast actually. BUT retrieving the survey does A LOT of queries to astron.hips making the overall system very slow. Also, often times these retrievals results in 404 -> (test it yourself by removing our layers from Aladin)
