TopButtonPanel can now be removed since it's here

Note that the field 'skyCoords[][]' is removed from the skyCiewcontext and replaced by 'Ra' and 'Dec' in the uiControllerContext

Before merging, resolve the following uncaught exception (@vermaas need help with that):
