Add debug flags for main SKA LOW self-cal pipeline

This MR, add the -g compilation option to enable debug info. The flag is helpful for retrieving hotspots directly in the source code by using tools such as Intel VTune/Advisor.

The option has been added for the following packages:

• IDG
• WSClean (Radler within WSClean https://gitlab.com/aroffringa/wsclean/-/commit/fa00ab86cbce012bc22d874fc34108d2580a0649)
• DP3
• Dysco
• Aoflagger
• Everybeam
• Casacore
