AST-1495 Remove GSL dependency

By using only a subset of schaapcommon modules, which is possible after merging schaapcommon!135 (merged), EveryBeam no longer depends on GSL.

Also increase the EveryBeam version number: After removing the GSL dependency from DP3 as well (see DP3!1244 (merged)), the DP3 CI pipeline will only work with an EveryBeam version that also does not depend on GSL.
