Adding the FPGA technology_name for the Intel Agilex 7 FPGA
Add new technology identifier for Intel Agilex 7 and increment c_tech_nof_technologies by 1 within technology_pkg.vhd and add default technology selection for iwave by creating technology_select_pkg.vhd. The current technology name is not specified by the last four characters of the FPGA identifier (type number) because it is unknown until delivery, which is expected around the end of November.
