COB-69: Fix COBALT2 tests

Closes COB-69. Fixes tests, accepted COBALT2 output as reference (as COBALT2 is now commissioned). Removed tProductionParsets, which was always dodgy.

As discussed, the build on jenkins still fails: https://support.astron.nl/jenkins/job/Online_Cobalt_BranchTag/568/ So please make fixes and prove that the tests pass with a jenkins build.

Success! They build now, error was in configuration of Jenkins build host.

A good thing too, as I have no clue how to amend a merge request :)

Great work! the jenkins build indeed shows that the tests are working.

Code changes look good. I checked if the used test queues reflect the production queues (like the name change from lofar.task.feedback.dataproducts to otdb.task.feedback.dataproducts), and they do, see: https://git.astron.nl/ro/lofar/blob/COB-69-fix-tests/SAS/QPIDInfrastructure/amqp-infra-setup.sh#L48
