TMSS-278: add endpoints to get friend of project and current user roles in project plus tests

Closes TMSS-278

The pipeline fails because the test environment is missing admin user credentials for Keycloak. Set KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_USER/KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD to make it pass (Auke has credentials).

@klazema Can you set the needed KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_USER/KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD variables on the test/build system? Then rerun this build pipeline, and if it passes finish this merge request?

I synced this branch with master. @jkuensem Can you please add a check if the 3rd party keycloak server is up/reachable? If up, then run test. If down, the skip the test with special lofar/cmake exit_code 3 (see other tests doing this)
