TMSS-2810 "Multiple TMSS FrontEnd Unit tests Fixed"

Reinder Kraaij requested to merge TMSS-2810---GetFields-Tests into master
  • This moves the Development (testing and create react script) Dependencys to the development node -> This solves the security Error for the outdated packages, since we no longer deploy them
  • This adds eslinting for tmssweb.... quite some linting errors now (almost 500). But we can rapidly bring those down
  • Added Snapshot testing for timelinepopover -> unskipping more tests now!
