Resolve TMSS-2550

Closes TMSS-2550

Every commit shows a clear step. Basically, when the constraints templates are not parsed to JSON, it cannot convert constraints properties to the wanted units. I added a parse step after retrieval; otherwise no logic changed

I remember Sander mentioning this if I'm not mistaken (was easily resolved by a refresh/reload). I cannot find a related ticket on the backlog though.
