SW-90: made some changes in the cmake/lofar find_package logic: when we want the BUILD_DOCUMENTATION, then the REQUIRED option is removed from the (lofar)_find_package calls. This allows cmake to finish configuring and generating Makefiles, and allows us to build the target doc, but probably not parts of the code when external packages are not found. That's ok, and intentional.

Task #11547: Remove stack size for StorageProcess thread, as it broke on POWER8. The stack size is superfluous anyway on 64-bit systems.

Task #0: Macros for CUDA compute target 1.x were dropped in the latest CUDA versions, most likely in CUDA 7 or 8.

Task #11406: Added tests for weights if ch=1, and whether NOT flagging an elevated sample actually produces a peak

Task #11406: Inserted IntToFloat into Correlator pipeline if nch=1 for more uniform interface wrt nch>1, removing need for DelayAndBandPass to process station data, and allowing IntToFloat to operate both in correlator and bf pieplines. Fixed use of Zeroing in case of nch=1. Added test for flagging output and weights in tCorrelatorSubbandProcProcessSb.
