Extending the MACScheduler to use this new cluster-key. Key is in the MACScheduler.conf file.

Task #8531: start and stop listening can now be used without -with- which defaults to start listening now. refactored some code and added support in RPC for multiple arguments.

Task #8531: Remove support for Binary message content and ensure Strings are always unicode when sent. Also make sure 'content' is first positional argument for EventMessage due to the way the message factory works. This breaks TreeStatusEvents.py which should use named arguments instead.

TreeStatusEvent also runs and produces message. Here also the remaining work is in the test setup.

TreeService still needs some cleaning up since it also contains some test. These tests need to be move to a seperate test program.

Task #8531: Modified Service to allow code-insertion at 4 new places. Currently tested with 'pass' in those function to assure backward compatiblity.

Task #8651: install lofarlogger.sh script as non-executable into bin/, since it is to be sourced. Add license. Patch only changes comments and install logic.

Task #7641 Reintegrate task branch Pipeline-Task7641. Ability to run casapy as pipeline steps with a fix for possible pipeline stalls while the step runs.

Task #8571: Added comment for functions and fix corner case for messages being received from a previous timed-out rpc call. Also fixes a bug with using queues instead of a bus exchange.

Task #8651: ObservationStartListener: fix 'make install' error on systems with python 2.4. Ugly hack is deliberate: 1. I cannot afford to waste even more time on compat w/ ancient software installs and broken python version detection logic, and 2. as a protest against this terrible practice; let's fix the right problem.

Task #8571: Added option for receiving the full ServiceMessage by the service handler in Service.py and allow the service handler to return a ReplyMessage.
