All conversion are now done in the J2000Converter class.
Since we link direct to casacore we also support B1950 and solarsystem objects.
iBeamServer is still working for LBA antenna's only.

Bug 1237: Using vector length of the relative antenna positions that are available in the AntennaPos class.

Bug 1237: While migrating from WGS84 to ITRF coordinates we also change the way the antennapositions
and antenna (subset) configurations are defined. The AntennaArrays.conf file will be replaced with an
AntennaPos.conf file containing the positions of the physical antennas and a AntennaSets.conf file
containing the several subsets. For each subset the RCU input must be specified for each stationtype.
This gives us maximum flexibility in defining subsets (although it might be hard to specify too weird sets).

LOFAR directory. They are now processed by LofarConfig.cmake.
