TMSS-272: extracted common data structures into commonschematemplates. updated all templates with 's to the commonschematemplates. tweaked and updated using code. fixed tests

TMSS-272: renamed schema files to more consistent file naming convention. Added populate script and config file. Deploy all schema files in share.

TMSS-272: Move antenna_set, filter and station list to common json schema. antenna_set en filter combined as one (ref-)object. Issue with oneOf and ref makes station list not common yet.
