Bug 1678: Changed initialization procedure such that only the global controller fetches the time axes of all worker nodes, instead of all workers fetching the time axes of all workers. Also, ITRF coordinate computation now happens per direction for the center of the array, instead of per direction, per station. Further, modified SQL code in preparation of improved progress monitoring.

Bug 1000: AntennaField moved back to APL/APLCommon so LCS/ApplCommon does not depend on blitz Arrays. LCS/ApplCommon
has a AntField class now that contains the logical that used to be in the AntennaField class. The 'new' AntennaField
class uses the AntField class to readin the information and presents it as a blitz-array.
