Task #10913: Add DESTINATION parameter to lofar_add_sysconf_files macro to allow divergence between source and install tree structure

Task #9893: Set LOFARROOT in tests to allow programs to find etc/, share/, etc without needing the FileLocator in LCS/Common

Task #8691: adjust DRAGNET and dop256 variants files for PyBDSM/PyBDSF (r36926). (This shouldn't be needed, since it's a runtime dep, but make it work for now.)

Task #10500: Mark include directories found using lofar_find_package() as system header include directories. This will ensure that GCC will use @-isystem@ instead of @-I@, thus suppressing compiler warnings from those header files.

Fix merge conflict on momqueryservice.py. Moved on trunk, but changed on this branch.
Solve by replacing the moved file with the changed file (thus, move the changed file over the moved file).
Careful checking of (JD's) changes shows this is correct; the changes are preserved.
Other moved files did not cause conflicts, since they were not changed.

Task #10339: split MoMQueryService into client and server part. Made LTAIngestAdminServer only dependent on MoMQueryServiceClient so we don't run an extra momqueryservice on the lexar3/4

Task #9893: Removed _ from SpecificationServices and TriggerServices, and put both into RAServices subsystem

Task #10275: Created AntennaSetsParser implementation and corresponding unit tests (ready for review)

Task #9939: merge ResponsiveTelescope-9893 updates (all updates from trunk) into this branch. This time from ResponsiveTelescope-9893 only.

Task #9533: Hijacking this ticket for committing a change to LofarMacros.cmake: added lofar_add_data_files() to install one or more data files into <prefix>/share.

Task #10057: made autocleanupservice which listen for ingested tasks, and then issues a data cleanup action for that task
