TMSS-690: Changed 'auto' rfi_strategy into 'HBAdefault' to be more explicit, as auto is not supported and was really HBAdefault in practice.

TMSS-690: Replace conditional presence of JSON objects with explicit 'enabled' flags. Removed 'auto' demix policy as that is not implemented yet.
