SW-657: Python programs can be started as parameter to python/python2/python3. Let SoftwareMonitor recognise them properly

The credentials have the following keys:
- SASGateway.OTDBusername
- SASGateway.OTDBpassword
- SASGateway.OTDBport

Task #11112: Adapted polling interval and thresholds for suspicious and broken; also cleanup list of controllers to check and added HardwareMonitor and ClockControl

Task #7593: autogen creates the protocol files now in the namespace XXX_Protocol. Modified the sources to look in these namespaces.

Jan David agreed it makes sense, although some software covered is not
currently maintained by the RO software team.
All replacements happen in comments, so this is safe. (viewed svn diff | grep ... by hand)

Task #1254: Removed variants file for dop282; it's no longer needed. Added a few missing #include's.

Task #5395: Reverted commit r27942; it breaks tMPITransfer, which now gets killed by SIGALRM. Maybe the test needs fixing, though. I cannot judge.

Task #4941: Moved createPropertySetName to ApplCommon/StationInfo together with two other related functions.

Task #1418: Diffrent way of treating running processes that shouldn't be running anymore. They are now treated 'broken'.

Task #4879: Added testmode to the LogClient so that it can be used for testing if the information is received at all.
In testmode the received message are logged on INFO level. A warning is shown if the marker 'MACPRocessScope:' is not found within the first 10 lines.
Added key 'UseTestMode' in the LogClient.conf file.
Improved the tLoggingProcessor program for testing the LogClient.

Task #1418: Create PVSSGateway daemons together woti a 'user' MACIO/RTmetada class for streaming RealTime Metadata to PVSS.
