Task #1892: Show baseline name when leaving tf area with mouse -- requested by Raymond Oonk. A later feature might be to include the name in generated pdfs.

Task #2669: Don't trust beamlets in specifications from Scheduler; they're depricated by dataslots anyway.

Task #1892 and Issue #3062: not automatically load the 'first' baseline in the measurement set when opening a new file, rather ask which one to load. Issue reported by Raymond Oonk.
