TMSS-696: Added priority_rank and priority_queue fields to Scheduling Unit, to allow priority adjustments at SU level within a project.

TMSS-641: Reservation View link from timeline summary is disabled temporarily and need to be enabled once the page is developed.

TMSS-690: Changed 'auto' rfi_strategy into 'HBAdefault' to be more explicit, as auto is not supported and was really HBAdefault in practice.

TMSS-690: Replace conditional presence of JSON objects with explicit 'enabled' flags. Removed 'auto' demix policy as that is not implemented yet.

TMSS-674: Added Reserrvation block in week timeline view. Also added mouseover popup dialog for Reservation blocks.

TMSS-604: fixed test. do not assume that all dataproducts have the 'sap' template. fixed copy/paste error for pipeline_idx field_idx/tab_idx
