Create a buildable version complete with updated rst file for the imaging version.
Changes are in the docs dir and the comments of the toplevel imaging recipe.
Added sphinx functionality to parse and display ingredients as 'arguments' creating a unified look and feel for all the levels of documentation

Symlink.h should be SymLink.h

Added copying of other subdirectories (like instrument and sky table)
