TMSS-725: processed review comment. moved set_subtask_state_following_allowed_transitions into test_utils so that it is clearly intended to be used in tests only, and not in normal tmss code. Took the opportunity to move the TMSSTestEnvironment into its own module as well to make a clear distinction between test-helper-methods (in test_utils.py) and the TMSSTestEnvironment (in test_environment.py). Adapted all tests with new import paths.

TMSS-725: fixed tests, and added convenience method to set a subtask to a desired state following the allowed transitions.

TMSS-573: Seperated TMSS into sub-packages TMSSBackend, TMSSFrontend, TMSSClient and TMSSServices and used the proper dependencies on using-lofar-packages like QA and SCU where TMSSFrontend is not needed.

TMSS-272: extracted common data structures into commonschematemplates. updated all templates with 's to the commonschematemplates. tweaked and updated using code. fixed tests

TMSS-272: Move antenna_set, filter and station list to common json schema. antenna_set en filter combined as one (ref-)object. Issue with oneOf and ref makes station list not common yet.

TMSS-153: and TMSS-145: fixed populate.populate_lofar_json_schemas according to https://support.astron.nl/confluence/display/TMSS/UC1+JSON
There are now two Task schema and 1 Subtask schema.
Used the schema's, added dataproducts, convert everything to parset.
