Task #5441: COBALT RSP raw support: improve LCS/Stream StringStream. Fixes tTABTranspose, which exposed the deadlock introduced in r38093. StringStream is still broken wrt thread-safety and remaining data (but a little less than it was), but not used in operations, only for tests. It sucks, but it'll have to do for now.

Task #5441: COBALT RSP raw support: update documentation including .dia and generated .png files, and Enterprise Architect project file (.eap) and generated .pdf files. Add DSP chain figure and component diagram figure (generated from .eap) originally drawn by me for the COBALT paper.

Task #10316: So long, outdated AOFlagger! AOFlagger is now installed as an external library. The version in the LOFAR repository was 4 years old. Until the upgrade of CEP3 it was still used on CEP3, but now no longer.

Task #10805: multidirsolver would always use phase_only mode, even in complexgain mode: Fixed. Also removed redundant _mode variable in the MultiDirSolver.
