Task #8888: Fix queue options in FromBus and ToBus, and force the use of topics when providing Services (to prevent bugs)

Task #8888: Service is a frombus listener, so inherit from new class AbstractBusListener -> refactored out duplicate code

Task #8531: small bugfix for mangled reply addresses in RPC messaging and added extra checks for failure of sending replies.

Task #8531: start and stop listening can now be used without -with- which defaults to start listening now. refactored some code and added support in RPC for multiple arguments.

TreeService still needs some cleaning up since it also contains some test. These tests need to be move to a seperate test program.

Task #8531: Modified Service to allow code-insertion at 4 new places. Currently tested with 'pass' in those function to assure backward compatiblity.

Task #8571: Added comment for functions and fix corner case for messages being received from a previous timed-out rpc call. Also fixes a bug with using queues instead of a bus exchange.

Task #8571: Added option for receiving the full ServiceMessage by the service handler in Service.py and allow the service handler to return a ReplyMessage.

Task #8571: We can't pickle the backtrace and exceptions so only use the backtrace string when applicable. Also ForwardExceptions at the client tries to throw the same exception.

Task #8571: Initial import of messaging python libraries based on work from Marcel Loose for APERTIF.
