Made some changes in the StartDaemon protocol to meet the new requirements like
sending ANNOUNCEMENT messages.

Merge MAC-CS1-branch with HEAD. See MAC/Journal for changes.

Made all code (well ehm, except for CS1_Interface, for the time being) reside
in one namespace "CS1", instead of several ones.

Initial import of TFC_InputSection into CS1

Removed argument to the Doxygen \file command. It caused subtle documentation
bugs and it defaults to the current filename anyway.
