One line was erroneously deleted in @278e67 (python3 migration). This
cost me two hours to find.

Some things went wrong in 2to3, git migration, etc

Update hostname, port etc. Move all parameters to one file.

The needed module pg is not easily available for python3

In order to have a smooth installation of the LCU-MAC software on the new RS512 test station some default values were added to some configuration files that get used during installation.

SW-695: Get the parset using getOTDBParset on scu001 to not depend on the messaging vs messagebus for RPC calls in docker.

SW-754: Do not write pycache files for station test, as it will be run as root and leave unmovable files for MAC_install
