TMSS-614: Warn if we cannot connect to RabbitMQ. This helps understand a later error as the code retries with port -1.

TMSS_614: Auto-supply empty defaults for objects & arrays, to allow the defaults of their properties to cascade. This saves us from having to supply empty defaults to have those objects to be presented in the defaults.

Added antenna positions for NenuFAR. These are not used by the scripts, but serve as a manual override if NenuFAR is used.

TMSS-488: Horizonal scroll in page when boolean(checkbox) filter present and dropdown orders hidden in forms.

Updated the code to handle the growl message instead of popup
