CMake's 3.x create_symlink always overwrites existing files. This caused a circular link to mpirun.sh in ${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}/bin, because that script is generated in that directory, but was clobbered immediately afterwards, due to the fact that lofar_add_bin_scripts() creates a symlink to that script in ${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}/bin for testing purposes.

Task #8629: Replaced all occurrences of 'install(PROGRAM ...)' with 'lofar_add_(s)bin_script(...)', except where DESTINATION was not (s)bin, or where extra options are passed to the install-command.

Task #5921: Reverted all changes on this branch. I'm going to solve this issue in a more pragmatic and less intrusive way.

  Also add script to set the 'current' symlink. The changes are mostly in error checking.
  The 3 added .sh scripts are not yet tested in its entirety, only parts.
  They have been derived from working scripts, but need to be retested. This is best on the cbt009 after hostname redirection (incl cbt001-008 unavail).
  Also, they may need extra functionality once tested:
    restrict to cbt001-008 or cbt009 
    do not upload/download to/from NEXUS
  Move install location of a few scripts from bin/ to sbin/.

Task #5555: Gave generateRSP a log_prop file to prevent logging from clobbering the output. For the tests, the -o parameter is used instead to circumvent the same issue.

Task #5443: Added repairRSP tool to fix nrBeamlets in RSP headers (BGP did not read headers, so old tools do not always create correct headers)

Task #5395: Reverted commit r27942; it breaks tMPITransfer, which now gets killed by SIGALRM. Maybe the test needs fixing, though. I cannot judge.

Task #4887: First working(?) version of generateRSP. I needed to change some existing code as well to get things to work properly. Still need to check if the generated output actually makes sense.

Task #4575: Use mpirun.sh instead of mpirun. For this to work, the bin directory of the build tree needed to be added to PATH in runctest.sh

Task #3696: Parse beamformed file location into ObservationSettings, and replaced Parset::positions output with two-dimensional array, which is a more natural representation.

Task #4270: Created Cobalt package under RTCP, containing GPUProc, InputProc, OutputProc (copy of Storage), and the OpenCL FFT libraries
