Task #7352: Use qpid to send status, dataproduct, and processing feedback to MAC/MoM -- initial implementation

Task #4474: Removed '[0]' index to DPPP parset keys. Since there will now only be one DPPP run, OTDB will drop this index in the key names. Some minor updates to documentation

Task #4474: MSSS calibrator pipeline now also produces output MS with corrected data. Cleaned up MSSS target pipeline code a bit.

Task #4473: Copy the MS that resulted from the BBS run to its final destination, instead of doing a 'dummy' NDPPP run to accomplish this.

Task #4124: The MSSS calibrator/target pipelines now read the source model to be used for demixing from the parset-file, instead of using the hard-coded Ateam_LBA_CC.skymodel

Task #4052: The top-level pre-processing pipeline scripts now read the demix_always and demix_if_needed keys from the parset and pass them on as arguments to the call of the dppp recipe

- Some minor changes in the location of imports (from start of module to function) to allow running of unittest on windows

Task #3139: Re-enabled copying of instrument files (still fails though). Added gainoutlierdetection to tasks.cfg.in file. Removed obsolete tasks.cfg file.

Removed validation that all files are on the same node (they are not, hence the copy step)
updated a type in the task.cfg

Task #3208: Removed second call to setupparmdb. BBS doesn't need an empty parmdb's; it will use the instrument model files specified in the parset file.
